Giver of Greenies is home!!!!

I helped her take a nap this afternoon. So good to have a human home to help a kitty get a good nap in, especially when it is cloudy and there are no good places for a sun bath.

I have had a lot to tell her. The Flying Eats grew up and moved out. Little Eats were so close and yet so far. Furry Eats still come up to the back window and dare me to play with them. (You know... that's NOT nice!)

Time to do another customs inspections of her uitcases-say (T.O.C. says that's a bad word and I shouldn't say it.) They smell very funny.

But I'm just glad she's HOME.

She left a paper with things like "flights" and "Germany" on the bed.

So. I killed it.
Bearded Scritcher had to read it with rips and holes.

She says she is leaving anyway.

Giver of Greenies brought home something called a FURminator. I know, I know. It's a silly name. But I don't care what you call it. It is meant for kitty bliss...

I will even share it with T.O.C. since Giver of Greenies says she likes it too...

Pardon me. I need to finish my toilette. Then I think I need to show a little affection. We must reward our staff when they are especially good!

Giver of Greenies left the window open and Big Flying Eats was away. And then I saw these 3 lovelies of snacks before she made me get down...


Mama Eats told me to leave. Giver of Greenies told me to leave. I was just watching the nest while Mama Eats was away.

Really.

But no one believes me.

Today, what are you:

1. Wearing
A simple grey and dark pointed ensemble with my lovely white mitts. I just had them cleaned.

2. Reading
Um. I don't read much. Books are for sleeping on, right?

3. Eating
Dry stuff. And Greenies for a good kitty.

4. Doing
Supervising the staff. Watching the nest for Baby Eats. Giver of Greenies says I have to stop sitting by the window near the nest because "a watched pot never boils." I don't know what that means, but she is very smart, so I will believe her.

5. Pondering
Should I nap now or later? Hmmmmmmmmm.... How about both?

I think she's really smart. She has a book named after her. I'm just a character in a book. That's what String Puller says.

She really can be nice. Sometimes. But she says I'm a young upstart, whatever that is. SOooo I just steer clear. You get less holes in you that way...
