back to school

I like it when the humans are in school...

Two of them are around in the afternoon.
One of them is around some mornings.
One of them is around and awake late in the evenings.
Almost 18 hours of non-stop scritchers and playmates!

This is MOST satisfactory. Who needs summer with all of these travelings and goings-on. Give me predictability and humans home where they should be!

A+ human students!

Most distressing...

Giver of Greenies tried again to get me more of those preciouses treats. And the people at the pet food place say that they are "out of production". WHAT???? Say it isn't so!

We thought that a few weeks ago it was just for "a little bit" but that is not the case!!! I am most displeased!!!

What will a Good Cat get for treats if there are no more (sob) Greenies???

Friday Five: Stress-Busting Edition

Giver of Greenies did this, so I am too...

I am off to spend a few days at the beach chilling out after a hectic few weeks and before I head off for Summer School...

So with that in mind this weeks questions are looking at how you deal with the stress monster!!!???
1. First, and before we start busting stress, what causes you the most stress, is it big things or the small stuff ?
... rrroowwwoooooooo!!! uitcases-say... trips to the "Shop of Horrors" (aka the "et-vay") and most of all, my staff leaving me alone! Strangers in my house make me anxious too...

.....rrrrrrrrrrooooooooooo??

2. Exercise or chocolate for stress busting ( or maybe something else) ?
Greenies. Naps. Greenies. Snoozing. Greenies. Scritches. Greenies.

3.What is your favourite music to chill out to?
Giver of Greenies plays things on the bright screen and I like just about anything she plays. It means that she is around for proper scritches.

4. Where do you go to chill?
Under the bed. No one can get me there.

5. Extrovert or introvert, do you relax at a party, or do you prefer a solitary walk?
I am not big on strangers. But I like my peeps. You figure it out.

Bonus- share your favourite stress busting tip!
See #2. I really can't improve on that.

This is not acceptable.

First, String Plucker packs uitcases-say and leaves.

Then, String Puller and Giver of Greenies go to the petstore to buy more Greenies... and they don't HAVE them any more????? How can this be? We are not completely out (so GoG says... but we don't have many left.)

It's especially worrisome because now T.O.C. is eating them too. In fact, she is mouthy and demands them from Bearded Scritcher. At least I have manners. I ask very politely. And say thank you.

But what is this world coming to? UITCASES-SAY? NO MORE GREENIES???

I am out of sorts. Watch out for my pointy bits... they are all showing today.

Hmmmph.

WHAT the??????????????

Honestly.

I get one of my staff back and another one is putting things in those awful uitcases-say... What is going ON here???

This time it's String Plucker. I just got her well-trained for scritches and greenies... will she remember what to do when she gets back?

Giver of Greenies said something about "mission trip" and "orphans" and "Mexico." Well... I was an orphan, so I guess it's OK that she goes... but I still don't like it.
